How we work:

STEP 1

Understanding: Our Client onboarding process is comprehensive as we take great care to fully understand your business goals. There is no one size fits all solution in our approach. We completely immerse ourselves in your brand to create a sales strategy that helps you reach your target. We collaborate and co-create with you. We run discovery sessions to develop a strategy together to ensure all your needs are met without compromise.

STEP 2

Recommendations: We deliver a fully costed strategic proposal based on our findings through our discovery sessions, and our analysis of available data. We discuss this in detail with you to ensure we’ve met all your needs, and have understood the idiosyncrasies of your sector and your business. It is critical that we remain within agreed budgets so this stage is pivotal in ensuring there are no "surprises" at implementation. Once budget and contract is agreed we can move forward to step 3.

STEP 3

Implementation: Delivery against the agreed Implementation Schedule from both parties is the key to success. We will recruit against defined profiles and skill sets and train to ensure consistency of delivery across the entire team; your involvement at this stage is welcomed but your “one stop” Client Service Director will drive this launch for you.

STEP 4

Review: Trust and transparency are integral to our business – this is how successful long-term Client relationships are forged. Regular open, honest post-launch review meetings are essential to ensure we’re on the right track from the outset. Strategic tweaks and changes can be discussed, agreed, and quickly implemented if needed.

STEP 5

Results: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly – whatever schedule and format we agree, our Data & Insight Manager and Program Director will review these with you and highlight successes as well as challenges. Our role is to deliver and make you look good.

STEP 6

Communication: The only constant is change – that’s why we undertake regular discussions regarding the strategic direction of the program, thus ensuring we remain relevant to the ever-changing marketplace.
