Senior TMC Sales Manager, Team Lead

About the role
We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key TMC partners in EMEA & APAC. This role combines team leadership with hands-on business development, managing relationships with major TMC partners. You will also lead a regional sales team, drive targeted commercial initiatives, analyze performance, and expand market share across a diverse portfolio of hotel brands within a leading global hospitality company.
This role suits a results-driven sales leader who excels in building TMC agency relationships, motivating teams, and driving market growth. You are proactive, organized, and thrive balancing hands-on business development with strategic leadership. Travel expected 30% of the time. Valid driving license and ability to drive preferred.
Key responsibilities
Team Management / Admin
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing TMC sales team.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, calendars, and expense management.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with TMC partners through webinars, events, newsletters, email blasts, promotions, etc.
- Plan and deliver impactful presentations and partner engagement activities.
- Travel regularly for agency visits and events.
Analytical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Use data and market insights to prioritize accounts and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Investigate any identified under performance/performance issues, audit, and implement the appropriate action to rectify.
- Evaluate individual performance through market share and revenue reports as well as commercial understanding of resource deployment.
