About the role
We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key leisure and luxury travel partners in EMEA & APAC. This role combines team leadership with hands-on business development, managing relationships with major tour operators and a large network of leisure travel agencies. You will also lead a regional sales team, deliver targeted commercial activities, analyze performance, and expand market share across resorts and all-inclusive properties within a leading global hospitality company.
This role suits a results-driven sales leader who excels in building travel agency and tour operator relationships, motivating teams, and driving market growth. You are proactive, organized, fluent in German & English, and thrive balancing hands-on business development with strategic leadership.
Key responsibilities
Team Management / Admin
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Leisure & Luxury sales team.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, calendars, and expense management.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with tour operators and leisure agencies through sales calls, webinars, events, and trainings.
- Plan and deliver impactful presentations and partner engagement activities.
- Travel regularly for agency visits and events, and fam trips.
- Attend in office meetings, as required, 2-5 times per month.
Analytical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Use data and market insights to prioritize accounts and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Investigate any identified under performance/performance issues, audit, and implement the appropriate action to rectify.
- Evaluate individual performance through market share and revenue reports as well as commercial understanding of resource deployment.
